La Gitana is creating Authentic Spanish Paellas in Australia that now you can enjoy at your private party at home, corporate events o social meetings. All our paellas are cooked on site and we bring all cutlery, plates and napkins.
All our Paellas are Dairy and Gluten Free.
Catering available for groups minimum of 30 people.

Seafood and Fish Paella: Our seafood Mediterranean Spanish Paella is created after more than 30 years of experience in Spain. We use the best seafood and fish and our special touch. You can find in it mussels, clams, prawns, fish and squid. We use olive oil, capsicum, paprika, tomato and saffron.
Chicken and Chorizo Paella: This is one of the most popular Paella in Australia. We use the same technique as in Spain to cook our chicken, rabbit and snails paella with wood fire, but we change the rabbit and the snails for the popular Spanish chorizo. You can find in this Paella, chicken without bones and skin, Spanish chorizo, green beans, green peas, tomato, paprika, olive oil, spring onions and saffron.
Vegan Paella: We are offering our Veggie Paella for our vegan customers. We use 11 different kinds of vegetables. Could you imagine 11 different kinds of vegetables cooked all together and the mixer of flavours? This Paella offers capsicum, cauliflower, brocoli, green beans, tomato, onion, peas...
